Dear Editor,
I am looking for a high clock rate embedded single board computer.Do you have any suggestions?
- Anson C.
Dear Anson,
I suggest you check out the Ampro Computers (www.ampro.com) new 1 GHz CoreModule 800. It achieved a number of technological developments in fitting a complete CPU subsystem with I/O, PCI-104 bus expansion, and network interfaces without violating the required 3.550" x 3.750" (90 x 96mm) board outline. Featuring a 1 GHz Intel Celeron M 373 processor, the board operates from -40° to +85°C without a CPU cooling fan on a 0.120" thick PCB with optional conformal coating.
