Edited by seekic.com,the leading IC purchasers' best choice of platform for one-stop valued service!
Description:

The SL2100 is a fully integrated single chip broadband mixer oscillator with on-board low  phase noise I2C bus controlled PLL frequency synthesiser. It is intended primarily for application in double conversion tuners as both the up and down converter and is compatible with HIIF frequencies up to 1.4 GHz and all standard tuner IF output frequencies. The device contains all elements necessary, with the exception of local oscillator tuning network, loop filter and crystal reference to fabricate a complete synthesised block converter, compatible with digital and analogue requirements.

The SL2100 has 8 features. The first one is single chip synthesised broadband solution. The second one is compatible with both up converter and downconverter requirements in double conversion tuner applications. The third one is compatible with digital and analogue system requirements. The fourth one is CSO < -62 dBc, CTB < -64 dBc.The fifth one is extremely low phase noise balanced local oscillator, with I2C bus controlled band switching and with very low fundamental and harmonic radiation. The sixth one is integral fast mode compliant I2C bus controlled PLL frequency synthesiser designed for high comparison frequencies and low phase noise performance. The seventh one is buffered crystal output for pipelining system reference frequency. The eighth one is full ESD protection. (Normal ESD handling procedures should be observed).
